Be careful with your inspections. I bought a lennar house in Huntsville AL and im having to move into a hotel for a week fir them to fix numerous flooring and drywall issues. Luckily they are making the warranty repairs without alot of pushback.

I just walked through a few lennar homes just framed/roofed. Not impressed. No sheathing, cardboard over studs. Presumably will get a siding, not brick. Interior walls framed 20" on center not 16. Poor workmanship, studs cut short, nails over shot or missed completely. Odd floor plsms-not unique or trendy just wierd.
Cheap materials-fiberass tub/shower surrounds instead of tile

The last Lennar homes I toured had very odd floor plans. In comparison, DR Horton's designs were more mainstream but seemed very cheaply made. Not a fan of either builder. YMMBD.
