Spicy creamy shrimp pasta (SOOO GOOD)

Spicy Creamy prawns pasta

Ingredients:
Prawns
Garlic powder
Paprika
Thyme
Oregano
Cumin
Red chilli powder
Olive oil
Lots of garlic, minced
Shallots, minced  
Parsley: stalk and leaves separated, both diced
Red chilli flakes
Gochujang
Double cream
Pasta (rigatoni)
Parmesan

1. Marinate the prawns with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, cumin, red chilli powder and olive oil.
2. Sauté the prawns for 4-5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan: add garlic, shallots, the diced parsley stem, and red chilli flakes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add in gochujang, mix, then add the double cream. Simmer for one minute.
5. Add pasta water, pasta, prawns, and lots of Parmesan. Toss, allowing the pasta to soak up the sauce.
6. Top with parsley leaves.

Thank you for this recipe. I cooked it today for a dinner, and my husband was amazed and asked to remember this recipe and repeat time to time 😊 btw I didn’t have that Korean chili paste, so I used instead a spoon of tomato paste and add a chili flakes and chili powder instead, turned out great
