Thanks to @CaptainBerks guide, I've been able to transform myself from a bad pilot with a bad loadout to a bad pilot with a better loadout! 10/10

I always open the engagement with my intended target with missiles and then switch over to my repeaters. I have had good success with missiles doing atmosphere bounties, not so much with space bounties. Also having good results with my fixed repeaters (Rhino and Panthers) on my starter Titan. One thing I can note is that new players should not be scared of fixed weapons. I was surprised at how effective I was with them in spite of my high ping connection (280ms).

I'm new to this game, but I've played a bunch of ED. The best practice I had was doing maneuvers around asteroids and stations. Learn how to roll completely around an asteroid or different parts of a station, pointing at the object, while primarily strafing up, down, left, and right and keeping a distance.

Then practice coming in at some speed and maneuvering thrust to redirect while keeping the object in your targeting cone. You'll learn your approach radius from this as well.

Incredibly simple but also very detailed. I always respect "short" videos that get right to the point. Props for that!

I also now have some settings to change and a band aid to rip off now...but thanks, because I feel like this is how I'm gonna get better!

Came for the combat advice, stayed for the end scene.

Good coverage of the basics without making it too complex. I never even thought about changing the joy stick setting. Hopefully this will make PvP harder for you in the future.

Even as a veteran player, this guide helped me. I never really tuned my Vjoy or ESP too much, but I’m so glad that I did. I matched yours then tuned to find my comfort zone, its actually really refreshing. Gonna need more AC training tho, just to break old habits

Omg. Thank you for the VJOY tutorial. I wondered why that crap was set up that way. You’re saving me. I pride myself at mastering combat flight in gaming and this brings me that much closer in SC.

remember when going up against a ship, lets say the hammerhead, and it wasn't scary cuz turrets just didn't work but NOW, since the turrets work, these multicrew ships ARE scary

Good info will try adjusting the ESP settings to further improve...found the flying aspect came pretty quick as I did a lot of ILS in clans back int he day but like you said, practice will always improve your ability...trackIR inbound am very happy with this game for sure.

Your tip about going fixed - How does that work for larger ships with lower maneuverability though? Like a constellation for example. Fixed guns on a slow turner like that sounds like a death sentence.
