How to close all tabs in browser in android phone

I have more than 200 tabs opened in my Chrome app on my android phone. I want to close them, but need to review them, because for many of them there's a reason why I decided not to close them when I first found the information I needed. Is there an option to filter them by website in one command, like you can do in an inbox, then after seeing only the filtered ones, to close that group in a single tap, without closing other tabs?

No open tabs are showing in the browser but message of 99 or more still appears.

I have nothing like this on my tablet, I'm about to throw it out of the window! It's saving everything I even looked at on Twitter and I just had a problem logging in because I un synced everything because I'm getting 4 of everything and the tablet you can't delete more than 40 at a time so I had to reinstall chrome which I hate because you can't do everything on Android devices you have to go to a laptop or desktop computer! Why make phones and tablets Android if you can't do 100% on them. What if a person doesn't have a PC My parents don't so I can see why they don't want email I'm starting to think the same
