This anime made me cry so bad I'm a grown ass man this was the first anime which touched my heart that bad

She died to a disease called Friedreichs ataxia this is a real disease so be careful
The symptoms are making it hard for you to walk normally
Over time disabillity of speech
The thing that made this anime so sad is the fact that they thought it was curable it isent the surgery only expands her life span but thr surgery unfortunately failed due to this disease being connected to your brain and nerves

I don't wanna be mean or sound rude but she didn't die in that sence she died during the operation she just passes out there due to a it was most likely a seizure but there's a number of factors it could been but she dies almost a whole episode later while he's preforming one of the most beautiful songs on piano I've ever heard
