how much i made in my first month of being monetized, how long it took me to get monetized, and what i made in my first paycheck with 3000 subscribers! i am breaking down my analytics and showing the growth of my channel in 2022!

when i first created my channel i constantly asked: how much do small youtubers make? how much do you make in your first month? how do they grow? so now that i am starting to figure out the answers, i thought i would share what i have learned!

i love these videos and thought i would make one myself sharing my growth journey on youtube. all the time i wish i knew when my favorite creators got monetized, how they grew, and when they hit certain milestones, so i thought i would create a video highlighting that for myself.

i am so grateful for the growth on my channel over the past 2 months and i couldn't do it without you all ❤️

youtube growth is strange cause like it took me 2 years to get to 1, 000 subscribers but then two weeks after i hit 1k I got 2k and now I have a little over 5k but some of the creators I know gained 100k in a week

I love this; you come over honest and sincere. Other than for a few videos for family and friends, having them follow me on a 16-month bicycle adventure, I did nothing with my channel until mid-January this year (2022), when I started helping people with all forms of self-publishing. From low content to tens of thousands of words, I am an author and indie publisher.

I seem to be following a similar pattern as you. I have the week, reached 1k subs, and I'm thrilled. I didn't think I'd get that until at least a year of uploading. I'm still a long way from monetization, but it will come. Well done. Steve
