so will it be justified to not read the law? will you argue before a HC or SC without reference to the law, just because "practically" these provisions or interpretations are not possible according to u ? this is a lame excuse made by lazy ass ppl who dont want to read .. first read, then remain close to the book as far as possible.. that shud be the goal. dont enable advs who r lazy to read ffs.
