I've gone through a number of tutorials and documentation for Plotly this morning. Turning to this video, I find it has all the basics in about 7 minutes, very clearly presented. I probably could've just watched this to get up to speed quickly, lol.

Though I must admit going through all the Plotly stuff has been fun. This is the most powerful and elegant graphing library I've yet used.

Awesome video! Thank you! Plotly is honestly very nice. I learned so much from their excellent documentation in their website, like 90-95% I learned from there because there aren't as much Plotly tutorials in Youtube compared to Matplotlib tutorials even though many people like in r/python have expressed in reddit express their dislike, frustrations, etc with matplotlib.

why do i get an error when i insert {} instead of dict when defining a parameter inside update_traces? arent they the same thing?
