Freshly made Sweet Potato Crisps - British Street Food Snack by McLauchlan's, Camden Market, London
Показать описание
✓ There's a new crisp in town and we can confirm that it's absolutely delicious!!! We genuinely have to say that when eaten as fresh as this; thankfully, all other shop packet crisps like Golden Wonder & Walkers (with their preservatives & additives) have to finally take a back seat.
This fella is serving up handmade freshly cooked Sweet Potato Chips while you wait - there is no secret to the recipe & preparation because he makes everything in full view of you - finely slicing the sweet potato (using a Benriner Japanese Mandoline), frying them & finally offering a choice of seasoning flavours such as Rosemary, Paprika, Salt and Pepper, Peri Peri, Cinnamon & Corriander Salt,
He's so proud of his product, that entrepreneur Nicholas has lent his family name to "McLauchlan's Sweet Potato Crisps".
Towards the end of this video there's a few words from the man himself; detailing a holiday in Mexico as the inspiration behind his business & mentioning why it's such a perfect product.
It's also worth mentioning that the business is environmentally friendly because he travels to & from where he is trading with everything being self contained within a customised trade-mans tricycle.
At the moment Mr McLauchlan's has taken some time off to study at university so is not trading at Camden Market; but he's told us to let you know that he is available to hire for private events, ad-hoc functions, corporate events etc.......if you have any questions you can contact him on: 07964 801 704.
