For those wondering why the instant damage doesn't work, it's because the game counts the greatest source of damage per tick. Since the fall damage > potion damage, the mlg doesn't work.

i think the fake one was the one where he went in spectator mode and beat the ender dragon, because placeable milk can't raise damage under the purpur pillar factor of the second creeper next to the full set of netherite gear. the harming one was *definitely* real

But the logic he gave for the instant damage potion is correct, but kinda, in bedrock edition if you use flint and steel right below where you fall, you will take the fire damage not the fall damage! 😊
