How to fix a screen thats upside down or sideways?

Hi my name is Roger Ahuja you're probably watching this video because your screen looks like mine, it's upside down. There are certain video card manufacturers that have a built in hot key in their software which basically if you hit it accidentally, it will turn your screen upside down or it may turn it sideways. If you hold down the CTRL and the ALT key and hit the up arrow that will straighten your screen out. You can also try the left and right arrows if your screen is sideways and you can also hit the down arrow if you want to turn it upside down for some reason and that's it.

Thank you! Control + Alt + Up arrow did the trick. My stupid cat is the one who made it sideways, I thought I'd never figure out how to get it back until I Googled my question and it auto filled it for me - apparently cats all over the world are having fun screwing with human's laptops. lol

Woke up and noticed my laptop had gone into sleep mode. I fiddled with the track pad for a second and the screen came up on it's side. I restarted it immediately and when it was still on it's side, I was cursing HP and Microsoft before even thinking of looking up the problem. Great video, quick and to the point.

many thanks . it was a new one on me . my wife is disabled and uses sticky keys and that is why that combination was possibly used.. so thankful to you for this . IT WORKED :)
