Take a movement break and try this kinetic stretch sequence.

This is Mindful Movement Training so take your time as you move through the sequence, don’t be in a rush to get t o the next move. Build on it weekly increasing the time

1) Set a timer from 2-5mins & perform x2/3 rounds of this movement sequence.
A suggestion would be to start with 2mins and build up too 5mins for x2/3 sets.

2)Pop on some good music, set your intention, add a sprinkling of this & that and off you go.
