CC, I have had a Warmup in my 60 sf bath under tile for 4 yrs...it recently shot a code of heater error and ground fault detected...no work on tiles/grout...our use is continuous 65 deg from oct to may here in Dracut, Ma...only added about $5/mo to bill....any ideas if it is just ba controler/t-stat or something more ominous in your experience with these things?..thanks..Steve, Masco Homes
