You don't use " which" Unless you are providing options, as you would in a multiple choice question. So since the guy speaking isn't giving you specific options, tell him to say "what adjective means to"... not "which adjective"...

In many conversations, I stop and start searching for a proper word for "something that could be achieved or done" and I always remember the French word "façable", but it is French, and I live and was born in a Spanish-speaking country. From now on I can use " feasible" in those cases. Thank you.

As a native English speaker, I can tell you, ‘which’ is more appropriate than what. In this case “which” is asking to choose from the set of all words. Obviously there is always more than one potential right word in all her videos.
