I do not comprehend but the advanced expressions do not sound advanced to me. They are just phrasal verbs and causal English expressions. Contrastingly, "advanced" means better way to say the basic thing. (I do not intend to say that they are useless but try to illustrate that the title is definitely incorrect which, in turns, changes the entire meaning of the video ;)

As a matter of fact, for an English aspirant learning both simultaneously is literally a challenge. So, in ur opinion which one should they focus on at first, normal English or advanced English? What if one is focussing more on normal English over the course of their learning period? Does that mean they will get inhibited
from being able to speak English fluently with someone with advanced English level?
