This is how I got my first SMMA client in my first 2 weeks of starting my agency with no experience in SMMA and no experience in sales as a complete beginner.

Solid advices here, I worked in hotels and sales for about 4 years and I can confirm what this man said

1. Conviction matters so much, you could be talking absolute smack but say it with conviction and you could even sway an expert in their own field. I've had a lot of first hand experience with this.

2. You don't have to be a master of what you're selling. You don't need to know every single thing about the service you offer or niche you're in, you just need to know a bit more than the person you're selling to so that you could actually provide value to them and justify your cost.

Love the video! Only thing I kind of disagree is the "no experience" part cause you doing e-commerce and YouTube makes you at least 3-4x times more knowledgeable than the average business owner and than the average "scroll through YouTube" person regarding social media marketing, so you have that experience which you bring to the table; most people don't have any experience apart from scrolling on YouTube. Although, you did mention that this knowledge, if you have none, can be gained but I think it'll take at least 2-3 months of dedicated studying to actually have a discussion with someone who has an actual business in that area.

Don't ask for money before the service. It will help you to land your first few clients. Trust me free service gives them minimal risk to start. After that, you can ask for the money. Don't rush for the money part first. Try to score their trust
