Rules for filming ghosts.
Professional ghost hunters:
1) Dark lighting.
2) Narrow beam flashlights
3) Cameras with narrow field of view.
4) Take wide turns on corners where things appear.
5) When you see something shake the camera and quickly pan to the floor. Try to give the audience motion sickness.
6) Make sure the camera doesn't focus on anything.
7) Do not use head or chest mounted cameras, it can break rules 4 through 6.

Normal person filming ghosts:
1) WTF is that?
2) Film it for as long as possible.
3) Only runs once fear sets in.
4) Give people a better view and less doubt than the professionals.

10:22 if you look closely to the right of the podium, as the camera moves and the podium falls, there is a split second there where you can see what looks like a wire or string pulling the podium. Edit, at 10:39 ish there is a close up and you can really see the wire.
