Astral Projecting is dangerous. I used to practice it when I was a young teenager. The experience is very tranquil when you finally achieve leaving your body. Euphoria hits you hard and it's a feeling you don't want to leave. Especially for beginners at their first time out. The last time I ever did it, I had the same usual experience. But that time the euphoria was stripped from me and something very negative, dark, and heavy surrounded my spirit. I was trapped with this "thing" consistently swarming around me and the weight of it grew with each rotation. I felt like I was being squeezed between a wall and a floor. Almost being flattened. I saw a small light in the last rotation of the darkness and used what energy I had left to move into the gap of light. I woke on my bed gasping for air and sweating profusely. My entire body ached for a week. I never left my body again! You eventually attract bad things when your soul is no longer bound by your physical body.

I was living with a guy in his caravan & I heard him get up one night, but he actually didn't but I saw his exact shadow walk past me & into the corner where it was darker & it disappeared. I believe we astral project/travel when we sleep & that's why our "dreams" are so vivid. Our soul took a trip to another realm or whatever you want to call it. So is it possible to leave the door open on the way back, yep. I'll never forget that night.

Bloody hell, I got such a scare at 19:30 with that head on the top of the stairs that ended up being a flippin hoover 😮🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🤣

HOLY CRAP!!! In #4 WHAT IS THAT?!?!? It looks like a HEAD leans out of THE WALL!!!
And there was A SHADOW that moves that wasn't on the camera she set up, too!! When she is leaving her room to go check the camera @ 6:26 look towards the left edge of the doorway but on her table and chairs in the kitchen... you hear a beep (I'm guessing a smoke detector) and the shadows on the table and chairs MOVE WHEN IT - Between the moving shadows AND A HEAD APPEARING OUT OF THE WALL I would ¡VÁMONOS! out of that HOUSE PRONTO!!!

Three young men hear a strange noise in the house... and their first instinct is to lock themselves in a bedroom and call mommy to rescue them. Now THAT'S scary. Now, as far as the last video with the mother and daughter who "sees a smiling man in the closet", I'm not going to give the mother a tough time like some of the other commenters here. Looking for a logical explanation first, and not automatically assuming her little girl is really seeing a ghost, is the smart thing to do. Even established ghost hunters do that.

If you've exhausted all logical explanations than maybe... MAYBE it could be something paranormal. I'm not saying the kid's wrong. I'm just saying, look for a rational explanation first.

I feel bad for the little girl, parents usually don’t believe what their children say, but kids are more susceptible to see spirits than adults .
