Converted Fort Worth hotel provides hope and a model to end chronic homelessness

Fort Worth city officials believe they're close to ending chronic homelessness and have plans to create a second version of Casa De Esperanza.

From the area and I've heard a lot about proposals by dfw politicians striking down measures or resolutions that would have built homeless shelters so this is a much needed change.
