I come from a family of narcissists and I was under the influence of these evil spirits from my early childhood until my late 30s when I finally mastered the courage to detach from my family. Unfortunately, I emphatically absorbed a great deal of narcissistic traits but I have found comfort in the healing power of God’s word. Truly, reading the Bible, cleansing my soul, going into hermit mode and praying for my heart to be renewed is what helped me break free from this generational stronghold. So to anyone who may be in the same situation don’t give up on yourself, everyone has the power to become purified with the help our Lord Jesus Christ.

I was in a 14 year relationship with a narcissist and unbeknown to me during that time I was not aware of the evilness and wickedness he was doing to me. I thank God for his grace and mercy. Not necessarily murder of the physical body, although it can be (attempted at least), but mainly the murder of your spirit, your soul, and even murder of your relationships with others (i.e. family and friends).

It’s strange that I am coming across this video. Recently I got caught up with an old friend and I mentioned to him that he was possessed with an evil force because he can become so envious, jealous and angry for things that are not so important. Too much negativity for me so I had to cut him off.

Having been the victim of a narcissist I know that all of this is true. I met my narc at a time I had no faith, when I walked away my faith was stronger than ever because only He could have helped me survive the ordeal.

I believe this with my whole heart. My mother is definitely a narcissist and is indescribably cruel. My father taught me how to pray the rosary when I was very young. One day my mother, "caught, " me praying the rosary and the evil in her eyes as she ripped it out of my hands was incredible. She could usually reduce me to tears and make me feel like I wanted to kill myself, but that day I realized that I was not at fault. I felt a strange sensation of peace and protection around me and I KNEW where it was coming from. I looked at her so calmly and informed her that I didn't need an actual rosary in my hand to be able to pray it. I spoke up and just started praying aloud. She just couldn't stay around me long enough to abuse me verbally or physically. I cannot say that I triumphed over her that day, but I knew that she had a demon inside her! She tried and tried to destroy my soul. She is 97 and still trying. When I became a teenager I really started to, "rebel, " and determined to learn Latin. The first thing I learned was how to pray the rosary phonetically in Latin, and little by little committed it to memory. Whenever the intense abuse started, out came the rosary in Latin!!! She would NEVER stay in the same room with me and would usually leave the house if I kept on with it. Her face would change from that evil anger to fear. She would even scream and cry and throw things, but always in another room. I was so grateful for my dad teaching me to pray. After he died, prayer was my only defense against that terrible, truly evil woman.
