Awesome to see another local posting real world stories, instead of just glamorous high def shots, or flippy-floppy tricks the whole time.
I just recently (3 days ago) had my Nazgul5 fly away on me, when my goggles died (from 22% battery - go figure - DJI), but still have my DJI FPV and Mavic Air 2 - and have been doing recon flights for several hours each day in hopes of that type of lucky glimpse, and finally finding it.

That reminded me of a recovery adventure my son and I did, crawling through thorn bushes wearing two jackets for two hours just to find an X6 Camera Microdrone. Fun times and great shared experiences! Awesome story and great video.

we have flights here under a strict ban, and the 7-ka drone lies idle for 5-6 days, so I often have a desire to just take it, launch it, and let it go, so that it just flies wherever it wants. Let him go.
