I'd like to congratulate Stevie Clarke on getting his eyesight and hearing back, having clearly lost some of it over the weekend when Kilmarnock played against Celtic. He can't have heard the pro-IRA singing or seen his player Kris Boyd being pelted by coins, total hypocrisy

Didnt know they had been chanting? Total drunken liar. All abuse is unacceptable but he is a total liar. Very honest from Boyd

So Steve Clarke didn't hear Boyd being subjected to sectarian abuse, despite being at the match, and despite it being heard loud and clear on TV. Has he gone deaf all of a sudden?

I had respect for Steve Clarke, his childish reactions (like the recent 5-0 defeat) were and are totally deflecting from the thumping. He was embarrasing.
When Celtic beat the 1-0 last week during the Boyd incident. Clarke dismissed it saying "He's a big boy, he can handle it".
Mmm Sounds Mr Clarke has shown his true colours. What were celtic supporters singing last week, more to the point his own supporters were singing RANGERS songs. We all know how they go. NO complaints Dissapointing to say the least.

What are the chances that Steve Clarke thirty years ago sat in the Celtic support and sang the songs?

Find it hard to listen to Steve Clarke and his sad story he is telling, the catholic vs Protestant thing is in bedded in the heart of west of Scotland. My parents never taught me to dislike the catholic’s nor did they tell me to support rangers, no this came about in school and mates who where of the same class and religion, had the schools been mixed (catholic’s and Protestant) I truly believe this problem would not exist to the extent in which it has grown today.don’t blame the supporters or the parents blame the authorities on both sides who had 2 different religions and thought best to separate.its happening today with other religions and will manifest itself in years to come in the same vile way it’s doing today.

He didn't hear 2 full stands of Celtic fans but he could hear some Rangers fans, he has lost all credibility

Not sending your child to a religiously affiliated school would be a start.

Didn’t hear Boyd getting called an orange bastard ? Hmm aye ok.
If the result had went his way we wouldn’t be talking about this.

Kris Boyd telling it how it is, Steve Clarke telling lies.

Here's my tuppence worth. The songs are fine, sang for 90 minutes before or after, in the stadium or in Rangers or Celtic clubs etc. But when it comes to singling out individuals for personal attack, I believe that is a line that shouldn't be crossed. What disappointed me about Stevie Clarke, was he was quite happy not to talk about the sectarianism received by Kris Boyd on Sunday, but couldn't wait to talk about it on Wednesday after the Rangers game. Now that stinks of complete and utter hypocrisy in my opinion. From these actions what he is effectively saying is, it's OK to do that to my Captain, but don't dare insult me with the same abuse. If I was Kris Boyd I would not be happy with my Manager, and I would let him know that.

I think Clarke has been very ill-advised in all of this. He didn't defend his captain when it happened to him 3 days previously, people aren't stupid, the bias of Clarke is evident. Each to their own on who you listen to.

When Steve Clark was at Chelsea, Stanford Bridge was a haven of racists. Man

The bigotry in Scottish football is a pure disgrace on the nation, no ifs, ands or buts about it. Should have been dealt with decades ago by the authorities but sadly money talks and the SFA etc. have virtually ignored the hatred between the Celtic/Rangers  fans to the detriment of the game, purely in the pursuit of revenue.

I used to have massive respect for Steve Clark but I have lost it all now. Rangers, Rangers, Rangers is all he bangs on about. Lennon, Boyd, Levein have all been targeted and he said nowt until it happened to him. He just can’t bring himself to criticise Celtic. Wonder why that could be?

Lee Griffins would be a millionaire if he could keep all the money that has been thrown at him by the Rangers support
