The Milk Carton Kids - 'Secrets of the Stars' on Exclaim! TV

Following the release of 'The Ash & Clay,' The Milk Carton Kids have further showcased their raw acoustic talents on their newest full-length, 'Monterey,' which was recorded onstage before their live performances. During their visit to Toronto, we filmed a special session with singer-guitarists Kenneth Pattengale and Joey Ryan at The Great Hall where they performed "Secrets of the Stars" on Exclaim! TV. May 13, 2015.

Wow! I just heard these guys yesterday on satellite radio and I'm hooked! They've got the kind of harmonies not heard since Simon and Garfunkel were young and not hating each other. The fact that they're both good guitar players, though the chubby one on the classical guitar is astoundingly good makes it even better than S&G. They're amazing!

As much as I love the name "The Milk Carton Kids"... I also enjoy the name "Two Guys One Mic". Joey and Kenneth, please take this into consideration maybe when naming your next album if you're reading this. You know it is the right thing to do. Keep doing what you do. I love you guys.
