I used to have a bird who was just like that, but he unfortunately died from being stuck in a certain part of the cage. I felt bad and thought it was my fault.. It was only improper set up of the cage but it still made me feel terrible. I will miss him forever

My family and I were painting our house and we had to take my birds to my grandparent's house so they wouldn't inhale the fumes. Missed them so much and felt really alone. Birds really are the best therapists.

When my birds were at the vet for treatments I felt so alone. When they came back home I was so happy! Even tho snowy still get’s startled when I’m near she still willingly hops onto my hand.

Fr my sister came to sleep over at my parents house with her love bird mungbean and I'm the youngest and my siblings are older so I'm kinda lonely at home but when he was around me it was like I hate a new best friend 😭
