New York City is now the epicenter of the coronavirus crisis in the U.S., and while drastic steps are being taken to deal with a surge of cases, Gov. Andrew Cuomo is blasting the federal response to the outbreak. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY from outside the Javits Center, which is being turned into a makeshift hospital.
