Can someone help me? No matter what I do, Movavi paid version only extracts part of the files on muy DVD. Then, it only converts the first 3 or 4 minutes of each track to MP4.

Hi Movavi,
I'm having trouble trying to convert a DVD to Mp4 when i watch the mp4 the audio and visual are out of sync, I here the sound before the picture shows it being created, is there a way to check what the proper frame rate/ bitrate is supposed to be or a way to make sure it syncs correctly? I've had this problem for a few DVDs now
