Unfortunately, the tutorial did not help, reason being your video shows an older version of Excel. The one I have (MSOP 2021) automatically updated. The new page appears to be rounded at the corners of the ribbon. This new version has eliminated the vertical and horizontal scroll bars. Following the example shown in your video, no longer works for this version. To add, in this updated version of Excel, to locate scroll options you'd go to File, More, select Options, select Advanced, then scroll down to Display Options for this Workbook. NOTE: the options for both scrolling directions are already on (check-marked). Turning them off then on and clicking Ok to save, did nothing - both scrolls are still missing from Excel. I've also gone into my pc Settings under Ease of Access (and instructed by Microsoft online) but nothing changed there as well. Hoping and Praying you might find the solution, thank you!!!
