How to send email from a SHARED mailbox with Power Automate

Sending emails from a shared mailbox adds polish to your Power Automate workflows! Here's how to configure the permissions and action settings to send email from the shared mailbox.

This was super helpful. I was using the send from a shared mailbox action instead and it was using the "Send on behalf of" instead of "Send as" permission even though my account had both. There was no way to change it in that action that I found, so I switched to this action, used the "From (Send as)" field just like you showed, and it worked perfectly. Thanks!

Thank you for this detailed, thorough video! I have this set up and it’s sending multiple copies of some emails and not forwarding others. This shared inbox is for the AP department and some suppliers send invoices instead of sending the invoices to the email address for our online OCR. I also added a step where after it forwards the email it moved it to a subfolder. It moves the emails to the subfolder but if there are 30 invoices it sends 20 of them 4 - 5 times each. Any suggestions on a fix?

I work for large organizaton, I dont see the Exhange like you have. All I see is Entra.
