You don't show what level would be considered the "fill line"--how high should the water go to be considered "full." I can't find this info anywhere! The instrns says to fill it to the fill line, but there is no fill line. I have the Soho model, not much different than yours.

Is the top supposed to sit comfortably on top of the filter? I followed the instructions but the lid doesn't want to fit

For those who bought the pitcher that has three pieces instead of two, the one with the "difficult" lid like I did, I got mine to work and it was user error for sure. Try turning the interior clear piece that holds the filter around the other way. What threw me off was the notch at the top. I thought that was needed for the spout but it's not. I hope that helps anyone who came here looking for that answer.

Are you supposed to leave the filter in the pitcher for the full 2 months or 40 gallons?

Or can you filter the water and pull the filter out and store it separately in the refrigerator?

I have one and I have been pulling the filter out after each individual filtering. Then placing it back in the pitcher for each filtering session?

Does it matter? Really?

Hi. I found your video because my lid isn’t fitting and I wondered if I was doing something wrong. I got it at Walmart. They must still be selling the defective ones instead of doing a recall from stores. I’ll probably call their hotline. Do you fill yours to the bottom of the white reservoir (3/4 full) or can it be filled to the top? Thanks.
