I have the free avast + it's about to end + keeps asking me to update to the paid program. To keep a free avast on my pc what do I need to do? uninstall then reinstall?

it is work for adware to?my pc is infected by adware so everytime i connect wifi the pc always download aplication that i dont want, the windows defender suggest me to clean the adware and i did then i restart the pc.but after that its still downloadin other app without my permission.is this guide will help adware to?pls help, im so scared
