Thank you so much. Today my daughter played some games and afterward, my computer started to run slow. Apps that I used like Netflix/ Hulu wouldn't load or kept saying video wouldn't play. So I figured it was a virus. I cleaned my history browsers and still no resolve. Your video was the first one I clicked on and I followed all the steps and now it's back running.
