Yes! These are the best. I usually make them a meal on their own
Fist put a slice of round deli ham on the bottom
Then crack your egg on that
Sprinkle cheese!
Top with a tiny splash of milk to prevent that plasticky crust on top
I love adding jam when they're done and just having that as my breakfast. They're perfect for brunch with friends, and taste good cold too!

What a great idea! I don't eat bread any more but I would love having them precooked to have with salads, stuffed potatoes, noodles, etc. Thank you for sharing this idea with us!

Do you reheat them for use during the rest of the well or do you use them cold. If you do reheat them how do you do that, what temperature and for how long?

I have a silicone mold specifically for this it's amazing! I just slightly mix the eggs so the yoke is broken and evenly spread not just in one spot

Buy one of those bottles that spray oil that you can fill with any oil! I got mine on Amazon and it's perfect!! It even has a top spout to pour too if needed!!
