Cooking every meat medium rare is probably why these other meats doesn’t taste good, and other meats gets special treatment like being marinated while the other meats were just straight up breaded and fried

The biggest problem of this video is he cooked 80% of the meat in a incorrect or wrong way, that means it wasn't prepared the way it was meant to be

the thing is with most exotic meats, you should cook them as locals use it. Sometimes the cooking process (or overcooking) gets rid of the unpleasant taste. As is the case with camel, it is realllly good braised until the point of drying out.. there is 0 barn flavor and a subtle nutty flavor (wich comes mainly from their fat) Camel Hump is enjoyed dried also wich enhances those nutty tones

For bobcat you should remember; it is never good practice to cook predator meat to less than 160°F because of trichinosis.

Eating medium rare cooked meat of wild animals is a very smart thing to do

Well Max. At least you have an idea for a new video.

I've never seen anyone in my life cooking a camel like this, and I'm from a camel eating community.

Armadillo have a gland in the inner thigh that smells exactly like you described. If you remove that while butchering, it does actually taste like quality pork. I'm kinda surprised you didn't come across that in your research.

Max knows 4 ways to cook meat: deep fried, jerky, stewed, and medium rare. Too bad most of these require some other method to make em palatable.😅

If you are trying the meat eaten in specific area then cook it the way they cook.
Camel is not meant to be steaked, Either make Sajji, Mandi or Nihari of it to know how good its is.

13:15, not everything tastes good when it’s medium rare mate. Some types of meat taste much better when cooked properly

Cooking all the meats rare to medium rare could be really dangerous. I would never risk it

We call frogs in Chinese Tian Ji or Tim Gai (mandarin and Cantonese). Which directly translate to field chicken (as in paddy field). Lots of frogs there

Just a tip...instead of eating half cooked meat and saying its disgusting, I'd suggest cooking it properly with ample seasoning, ., every meat cant be had medium rare especially game meat... food is supposed to be cooked and eaten😊

ive had camel and snake before and it was very good. its thoroughly cooked though, applying steak conventions to a lot of these animals isnt the way. the snake was roasted on open fire and i dont know what the marinade was but it was damn good
