We chose an XC60 over the Q5 and have no regrets. Other than steering feel/feedback, it's a better choice for us. 5 year warranty doesn't hurt either.

The XC60 is NOT small, I am 6ft tall with 56inch shoulders and have plenty of room inside.

Both the XC60 and the S60 are selling like hotcakes. If it weren't for the sales of these 2 models, Volvo would be in serious trouble. But the V60 is riding to the rescue, as well as the V40 internationally, with more redesigned models on the way. And the IIHS new crash test, the 'Small Overlap Frontal Crash Test', surprised the Automotive world. The 2 Volvos tested, the XC60 and the S60, both got a 'good' rating. But this test was a disaster for BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, and Audi.
