Hello I am currently having an issue with my LG Air Conditioner Smart Inverter I've Had It For A Few Years And When I First Installed it I Didn't Use It Much I Travelled To Another Place And I Just Came Back And I Didn't Use It Much But When I Started Heating For About A Month Or So I Started Having This Issue Where The Indoor Unit Stops And A Pill Icon Is Displayed And It Makes A Cymbal Crash Sound And The Outdoor Unit Noise Lowers And The Inside Just Does Not Work Do You Know The Issue?

1. I do not have cool inscription on my remote
2. I do not have auto clean in my remote.
What do I do?

I am so disappointed to this product. It doesn't cool at all. 1st week after installing 2.5hp split type it was so cool but after 2 weeks, Not that cool at all. I followed every details and instructions but none of them are works.
