It’s not a question of pushing it 😂 If Model 3 runs out of range, the low voltage battery is no longer supported – and when low voltage is not supported, the vehicle cannot charge. Therefore, the low voltage battery must be supported by an external power supply to allow you to charge the High Voltage (HV) Battery. Once the vehicle begins charging, the external power supply is no longer required.

For context, this is part of a Carwow video where they drove 23 miles BEYOND 0% charge to see what would happen. Not a real world situation. The car drove 350+ miles before it died. People need context cos the haters are gonna hate.

If my petrol car dies out of reach of the pump i can get a jerry can and refill it there and then. Can't exactly pop in the petrol station and pick up a couple of duracell to get your ev to the charger.

Tesla tech here keep u a jumper in the trunk pop the hood jump the 12v put it in neutral on the screen n push if it’s dead dead get under the rear disconnect the connectors to the power emergency brakes n use 5v n release parking brake n push problem solved

For who doesn't know why the car has to be in complete stop is because the brakes are eletric, so if the dies without having the brakes activated the car will just roll, and with will be unstoppable, now why are the brakes eletric? It's because of autopilot it's the only way for it to control the braking of the car.
Its what I believe it might be, if I'm wrong correct me.

The thing is that these cars were never supposed do reach 0% and they never reach cause If they do, they completely die and never charge, but they tell you everything you need to get to were you want without dying in the middle of nowhere, what speed, where to charge, when, how long, these types of things so no, you don't need to worry about the battery dying, just don't ignore it unless you're just trying to see it's limits or you're stupid or something.
