No Joe, you can’t do that in a “wrestling” match. You cannot take your opponent to the mat with both of your feet off of the mat. Action would be stopped, no points awarded and it would be deemed potentially dangerous.

I cant do a flying triangle but a flying armbar is actually super easy. I know its fakcy buts its really not hard, you can absolutely learn it in a day if you are an acrive grappler.
