Helping Women in STEM Succeed in Academia...[Values-based Leadership Training in Higher Ed]

Do you want to be successful in higher education but feel that the system is not transparent or built for you? The Values-based Leadership Training in STEM (VAuLTS) program was developed to support women in STEM in academia. This program recognizes the multiple ways women step into leadership as well as the barriers that women face. Through the values-based leadership approach combined with current research on systemic barriers and organizational change management techniques, women who have participated in this program have gained new skills, confidence, and a community to support their career advancement and success and make their institutions better places for everyone.
