My condolences to the families and friends of the deceased .It is very concerning that employers allow people to work in the fields under these dangerous heat conditions.

In addition, farm animals currently have no rights under the law either and this must be changed as well... Imagine how many farm animals that died cooking in their sow gestation cages, battery cages and veal crates in over 600 CAFOS across Oregon. Peace and Non Violence, and farm worker rights begins at breakfast...

It's weird cuz the Entire Southwest deals with these Temperatures and Way Worse for 5 months out of the year..
NO DEATHS.
