I think this tutorial is the best way to create a solid calendar, dont try with the calendarauto() with the fiscal years, thanks in advanced for opening my eyes!!

Fantastic explanation, creating a single table with all the date options will allow you to compare WoW and a lot of other cool stuff. Thanks for sharing.

Say I have a fact table already loaded. If I want my calendar to cover the date range in my fact table, can I do that in PowerQuery, or do I need to use CALENDAR( MINX('FactTable', [DateColumn]), MAXX('FactTable', [DateColumn])) ? I basically want the calendar to always "autoexpand" to cover the dates in my fact table.

Hello, thanks for this video! It helped me a lot! I just want to ask if its possible to set the EndDate to the latest current date in Fact table instead to set a current value to the endDate? Thank you!

What is the difference between your date you created and this formula Date = CALENDAR(DATE(2020, 1, 1), DATE(2021, 12, 31))?

Can you discuss the benefits/drawbacks of doing a date table in M Query vs DAX?

Hi Reza. Cool stuff!
I do this in DAX. Why would you recommend the M-method?

duration is a specific type, you should define it with a hashtag.

#DURATION
