LIVE : Aliyah - Zionist fulfillment / Building Peoplehood

The first part of this session will examine the issue of Aliyah both from the point of view of Reform Progressive Zionist ideology and through the personal experiences of panellists that include progressive and reform olim from Australia, North America, the Former Soviet Union and Latin America. This panel will be moderated by Rabbi Sergio Bergman, the President of the World Union for Progressive Judaism.

The second part of the session will present the various models for peoplehood engagement and strengthening run by the Israel Reform Movement with our partners from around the world, and will feature presentations by Rabbi Nir Barkin, Rabbi Jonathan Blake, and others
