Irrelevant to the video but can you evaluate some of this intelligence feats?

First feat:

The story takes place in a remote village that's plauged with the master of crimes and his henchmen. The police force is weak. However, to completely destroy the force, the villain takes a few initiatives:

1. He makes a tragic crime occur, that is the murder of one of the most beloved persons in the town.

2. He then makes one of his henchmen in guise of a townfolk deduce stuff police weren't able to and explain the deductions in a easy to follow manner.

3. He makes more unsolvable by police crimes over the years, reducing the trust in the force.

4. Finally, he makes one last tragedy occur to one of the family members of his henchmen. His henchmen then calls upon a meeting of all the villagers.

5. The henchmen explains the supposed incompetence of the force (Using their inability to solve the crimes), makes references to how even normal people were able to figure out more than the police, point out the tragedies that all these incidents caused using examples and in details, he shows graphs about to how many people these tragedies occur per month, the gifts of destroying the force and standing up for themselves, the negative consequences of not doing so, saying that they would only allow such stuff to happen even more.

6. This makes the townsfolk riot, eventually causing the downfall of the police.

2nd feat:

The protag creates a plan. He makes someone roleplay a "supernatural person" supposedly capable of telling who's a criminal and who's not. The person gets it correct because the protagonist deduces the culprits himself. He then makes use of this person to capture people he otherwise could not.

Third feat:

Next trick: How to trick a master criminal into confessing their own crimes?

What if I make the master criminal think that his crimes have been exposed. Causing him to take actions that exposes him.

Basically he makes it look genuine to the master criminal but like a movie to the townsfolk. Then he makes the villain spill minor information because the villain genuinely thought he had been exposed and thought revealing the requested information would not hamper his future plans. But this information should be something only known to the villain, therefore he must be the criminal. Such is what he proves to the townsfolk.

One idea to execute this is through using traditional cultural festivities in general. Like for example: "In honour of the upcoming X Day, I propose that we entertain ourselves with all our beloved great mysteries, "

Basically setting up a place and a time for the townsfolk to gather at the place where the villain reveals himself. Using culture as an excuse.

To convince the townsfolk, he vould make an ethos, pathos, logos and kairos appeal. Ethos by describing clips of the play, pathos by revealing the thrill of mystery plots. Carrot and stick approach as well.

To avoid being seen through by the villain, the proposal for the play was made out of the blue by the host (Who's allied with the protagonist), with no pre-mention. During that time, the protagonist was distracting the villain in other mind games, disabling his ability to know this information. In fact, the protagonist was already red herring since the beginning.
