Flower is very fitting as the role of Pepperman, considering her incessant narcissism.

Snowball doesn't exactly fit Vigilante's role since SB is brutal & cruel, but Vigilante is a vector of justice & heroism.

Blocky, on the contrary, fits The Noise 1 to 1. They both have their own media networks, they both like pissing people off, & they always find ways to mess around with the ones they hate.
