Sir I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery 4 days ago .. i had lost my sense of olfaction for about 95%, after removal of packing surgeon suggested me liquid paraffin to keep my nose slimy after few days of liq paraffin .. i cant smell that good..

Taste is okay..But hyposmia is present
