If I were you, when I saw the kid getting off the car, I would already slowed down my car at super slow speed at around 5km/h until i pass him because it is quite often kids will run through the crossing way quickly. Experience will also help avoid accidents.

In the visualisation the pedestrian walks behind the car at first and then disappears from view and visualisation. I wonder if the boy is kept in memory as a percentage that he may reappear?

People who make tesla crash in their brake test videos should see this because their fricking supras couldnt automaticaly brake like this they would probably do the only thing that they know ho to do, ran over that child and then accelerate and then go away
