(29-15) A 22.0-cm-diameter coil consists of 28 turns of circular copper wire 2.6 mm in diameter. A uniform magnetic field, perpendicular to the plane of the coil, changes at a rate of 8.65×10^−3T/s . Determine (a) the current in the loop, and (b) the rate at which thermal energy is produced.

There is a small error in the last line of the formula. L is the length of the wire which is given by the circumference of the large loop so we should have L = (pi)(dcoil) but in the video L becomes (pi)(dwire) which results in the final formula being incorrect. It should be I = basically dwire should be squared instead of dcoil.

Thank you for everything you do on this channel! These videos have helped me understand where my derivations have gone wrong on many occasions.

I don't get the same answer when I plug in the numbers? Any idea why?
