1.) Get a Church Website/domain specific email
2.) Add your media ministry team to a distribution list
3.) Have all emails going to church email forwarded to the team distribution list
4.) Assign church email for media as an admin on all existing or new social media accounts
5.) Establish a password manager to hold, secure and produce heavily encrypted passwords
6.) Establish your brand
7.) Create or digitize your current church logo
8.) Funnel all content through the media ministry as a spot check before anything is posted for your ministry

You are so correct about having one email account that multiple people have access to. We had a member of the AV team set up a website that had multiple email accounts. That person left without giving anyone the information to access it.

I didn't know how to set up or even where to go to set up an email account like you suggested with Google.

Nice one! Also, unrelated, I wouldn't recommend using LastPass given the recent news of them being hacked and users' information being compromised, since this is not the first time, looks like they're not doing their job on security.

For password managers, I would stay away from using Google or LastPass. LastPass recently had yet another security breach. And Google, well, they have never been a paragon of privacy. In my humble opinion, I would stick to 1Password, Bitwarden, or Dashlane. All 3 of those have the highest of security standards and are routinely listed as some of the best and most secure password managers. I hope that helps.

Lastpass has too many breaches to be trusted.
