Vibora - Slow Motion Technique!

One of the most difficult techniques to get right, particularly with the fast racket head speed!

These are steps to hit the vibora - as mentioned the contact is slightly higher aiming at the purpose of the shot rebound further up the court towards the fence. Next week's video we discuss the different contacts you can have for the vibora!

Wow, such clean technique and the impact point is much higher than I thought for a vibora!

Hi Sandy, another brilliant tutorial. But the comment today is not related to it. I jsut want to say your great contribution to the international development of padel. So far, English speaker used to consider padel as a unfortunate version of indoor tennis practiced only by Argentinians or Spaniards, nothing to do with the huge interest it has provoke now a day. Many of them won’t face language difficulties to learn playing padel with your channel like many Spanish speaker when we need to find any data only explained in English. I wonder if I will lose my job due to this crisis, I will become a padel instructor out of my country.
Regards, Seba.

love this video, do one with kick to the fence.. My problem with it is it becomes like a smash and it hits the back wall and bounces into the court which become an easy ball for the opponents to attack...

Perfect Video to practice this weekend. Thanks Sandy. What are your thoughts on playing bandejas on the right side, viboras on the left, and how that has evolved overtime? Now players use both on all sides.

i love these short videos. Where would you aim this shot typically from the left or the right? Around the serviceline towards the split between first and second glass?

Nice video! Congrats! But one question: and the fist, does it move?

I really enjoy your videos and like the content of it, thank you so much :)
Question: I am getting better at these shots, however, struggling to defend when my opponent hits Bandeja/Vibora (especially the ones which kind of slides and does not bounce much); do you have any suggestion? In case you plan to touch upon this, that would be great. Thanks :)

Sorry to get into the minuatie, but may I ask why do you prepare in the trophy position (58 seconds) and then again go back further behind the head in a second movement (1m06s)? Shouldn't you go right back and wait in the exact position (i.e roughly a 1m06 seconds), and then next movement would be forward only.

In tennis obviously you wait in the trophy position, and then the racket drops further back, but I thought this was different in padel?
