DIFFERENCE between Bandeja vs Vibora! PADEL SMASHES

These 2 shots are so often confused both off court and (importantly) in a match! In this video we explain the differences between the techniques, where and how to play them!

(Here there are: 2 videos on the bandeja, 2 videos on the vibora...as well as videos covering the topspin smash, flat smash, fake smash, gancho and the decision making process)

There are some major differences between these 2 strokes, with technique, but mainly with the intention of the shot. This is important when you play a game, make sure the intention is clear and therefore the shot is clear. If you are not sure about which to hit and you hit something in-between you often end up in trouble!

I have never played Padel. But played regular tennis for 30 years. Seems like something that will come quite easy and be adopted in about 10 min this for regular tennisplayers. Nit sure its quite so fun to play compared to regular tennis. But like merging beach turist tennis with regular tennis and adding walls.

Great video as usual, Sandy! One question that is partially related to this video and other ones: when close to net, how do you decide to go whether for the vibora, smash or attacking slice? I am a beginner myself (<30 hours) and I mostly mix them up on the spot.
