GoPro Overhead Camera Mount

I needed to find a solution for getting good gopro shots from a down angle on my worktable. For the first few videos I used my lil flex leg tripod and wrapped them around the overhead door track.

The solution i need to come up with needs to
- be installed from the ground (no ladder needed)
- be height adjustable
- be solid/ridgid (not just hang/swing)

To get the height adjustability I ended up sleeving a pieve of 1" x .5" tube steel into a piece of 1.25" square tube with the help of 2 weld nuts and some 5/16" bolts. I was really happy with the way that worked out. Easy to loosen/adjust, and they hold super strong.
